"Akira Himekawa" are two Japanese artists ("mangaka") who worked on the My Little Pony manga by Pucchigumi.

History

Akira Himekawa is a collaboration of two women, A. Honda and S. Nagano. In 2013, they produced a My Little Pony manga in the pages of the Pucchigumi magazine for little girls. Despite the manga being considered "serialized", it hasn't had any known installments since Out of the Limelight.

The duet later drew a Japanese cover for The Return of Queen Chrysalis storyline.[1]
