In [[My Little Pony: Magic Princess]], the cottage is located in [[Canterlot]], despite being placed in an unnamed, remote area of Equestria in the series. This was presumably the result of several factors: the limited number of residential locations in the game; the presence of Daring Do as a separate character living in [[Ponyville]]; and the fact that only the [[Mane Six]] can reside in the [[Everfree Forest]].
