The "Wrestly Doer" was a Hoofwrestler and patron at the saloon at an Unidentified village. He was deeply infatuated with Fluttershy and promptly let her beat him at a game of hoofwrestling.
Behind the scenes
This pony first appeared on page 12 of the story Friendship is Magic #51 - "Shadow Lock - Part I" as a cameo in the background. He later appeared on page 15, where he was defeated by Fluttershy in a hoofwrestling match.
