Wasabi was a Japanese plant and dish that was sold at Sushi restaurants.

Sunset Shimmer won free Wasabi and Sushi when she unraveled the mystery of the marketing campaign by X Marks the Spot. Pinkie Pie couldn't stomach the Wasabi since it was to hot for her, causing her to stick her head in the Kelpie fountain to cool off.
