Tammy Grimes was an American film, stage and voice actress hailing from Lynn, Massachusetts who rose to prominence in the 1960s. Known for several influential roles in stage shows such as Private Lives, Tartuffe and Look After Lulu, Grimes was the star of The Tammy Grimes Show. In 2003, Grimes was enacted into the American Theater Hall of Fame.
Grimes would pass away in October 2016 due to natural causes. She was survived by her daughter, Amanda Plummer and her brother, Nick.
