Stratus Skyranger

Stratus Skyranger is a resident of Klugetown and probably a member of either it, or Mount Aris's military. He apparently "lives" in the Hippogriff Barracks. He is apparently quite the charmer with bright gold armor and pink feathers.
Behind the scenes
Stratus Skyranger marks a very close resemblance to Cobalt Cloudhunter, with an almost identical design (down to the eye color) and similar characterization. However, Skyranger has a much brighter color scheme.
