As their sons grew older, Haydon and Vorak grew increasingly concerned with Tirek’s behavior and the example he was setting for Scorpan. Vorak in particular distrusted Tirek’s relationship with [[Sendak the Elder]], fearing it would eventually lead his son to attempt to usurp the throne.

Haydon was shown to be a loving, gentle figure in contrast to her more stern and gruff husband. Though she appeared to love her children equally, she undeniably had a stronger bond with Scorpan due to his kinder and gentler nature.
