Born in Turin, [[Italy]] in [[1972]], Alessio later moved to the [[United Kingdom]] in [[1995]] to work for Games Workshop. Alessio wrote for several ''Warhammer Fantasy Battles'' and later did work for ''Lord of the Rings: Strategy Battle Game''. In [[2006]], he did wrote a new ruleset for ''Warhammer''. Working with Rick Priestley, Alessio worked for Game's Workshop ''Hobby Wargames'' series.
