Sandman

The Sandman was a mysterious entity who often visited Paradise Estate to talk to the ponies there.
He once gave Locket the Earth Key, allowing her to fly throughout space, which ended up causing her to be nearly turned into a Silver Fish by Cos the Cosmic Wizard.[1]
