Orly Tagar (September 21, 1982) is an Israeli actress who provides voice overs for cartoons and anime. Some of her notable roles include Mama Burgermon in Digimon Frontier, Maron from Dragon Ball Z, Sailor Saturn in Sailor Moon, Cream the Rabbit in Sonic X, Starfire in Teen Titans, Courtney from Total Drama, Irma from W.I.T.C.H. and Flora in Winx.
