Icy was a male "Icicle Imp" who used his powers to freeze Ponyland. He was later trapped by the Ponies.
Behind the scenes
Icy was an imp character created for "The Little Ponies and the Icicle Imp".[citation needed] He bares a slight resemblance to the Gremlins who appear in Generation 4 comics, Runt and Big Boy.
