Giraffica is a place that was referenced by Jim Miller in an AMA over on Twitter when referring to where the Zebra race hails from. He mentioned it was a joke by the crew, and thus probably non-canon. The closest equivalent we have in the actual mythos is a mysterious land known as the Great Plains.
