Princess Cadance has, in the course of her life and various adventures, taken on a number of forms differing from her usual appearance.
Breezie
Chaos
Cadance has been depicted transformed by Chaos Magic, resulting in a lengthened mane and tail. Her wings became bat-like, and she also sported armor similar to that worn by the Royal Guards of Equestria.
Crystal Pony
On at least two occasions, Cadance took on the appearance of a Crystal Pony after being exposed to a wave of magic released by the Crystal Heart. Unlike other ponies affected in this manner, Cadance is actually known to have some Crystal Pony heritage through a distant relationship to Princess Amore.
