Without a shadow of a doubt, the Equestrian Education Association, or E.E.A., was among the most important, yet among the most obscure organizations in all of Equestria. The organization was ran by Chancellor Neighsay, a somewhat xenophobic, though ultimately well-intentioned unicorn. As the name suggested, the association had control over every school in all of Equestria, even royal establishments such as Princess Celestia's School For Gifted Unicorns.
