Equestria Girls Season 1 is the official, but loosely defined name for a collection of Equestria Girls series released on the Hasbro app, Hasbro.com and YouTube. The series are collections of shorts, typically around 2–4 minutes in length but tell bigger stories than previous short series such as Canterlot Shorts and even have multi-episode story arcs and continuity within themselves.
As of December of 2018, Season 1 has officially ended but Equestria Girls Season 2 has been confirmed.[1]
