Daisy Jo is a cow who lives at Sweet Apple Acres, she seems to be the de facto "leader" of the cows and tends to speak on their behalf. She's good friends with Mooriella, Applejack and Winona.
When Mooriella got spooked by a snake, Daisy Jo indirectly caused her herd of cows to create a stampede near Ponyville. After she was calmed down by Applejack and Winona, she calmly and politely explained the situation and the returned back to the farm on peaceful terms.
