Clementine is a giraffe who lives at Sweet Feather Sanctuary where she is among the "prey" animals along with Muriel. Like the rest of the animals, she obviously very much loves Fluttershy, though doesn't care much for Angel.
History
Clementine suffered from a neck injury which causes her to cough a lot.[1] After Fluttershy and Angel switched bodies, Angel "massaged" her neck by lightly hitting it a few times. After Angel realized how much work Fluttershy puts into caring for her animals, he tried to make amends and presumably befriend them, including Clementine.[2]

Behind the scenes
Clementine is a giraffe who appears in the Generation 4 cartoon My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic. Her first appearance was in "Fluttershy Leans In", though her first major appearance was in "She Talks to Angel".
