Blu Mankuma

Blu Mankuma (June 5, 1948) is an American actor and voice actor. Some of his more notable roles include Toto from The Tin Man and Joe Reese from Forever Knight.
In the context of My Little Pony, he was among the two people credited portraying "Flutterguy", the other being Alvin Lee Sanders.
