All those stars...

The Andalusian Constellation is the star system where Cosmos was imprisoned long, long ago.

History

The constellation was dubbed the 'biggest astronomical anomaly', as it was logged in star charts across the ages but suddenly went dark, presumably when Cosmos was sealed away in its body.

Nearby bodies

The constellation had several bodies nearby. These bodies and their popculture reference are as following:

  • 3rd Earth: From the Thundercats franchise.
  • Altair IV: From The Forbidden Planet
  • Caprica: From Battlestar Galactica
  • Etheria: From the Masters of the Universe franchise, particularly She-Ra
  • Kobol: From Battlestar Galactica
  • Kzin: From Known Space
  • Magrathea: From Hitchhikers Guide to the Galaxy
  • Metaluna: From This Island Earth
  • Mongo: From Flash Gordon
  • Praxis: Possibly a reference to Praxis from Star Trek or perhaps, though far less likely, a reference to the planet from RoboTech
  • Qo'NoS: From Star Trek
  • Wolf 359: Also seems to be a Star Trek reference.
