Amethyst is the birthstone of February. It is a purple, diamond-shaped gem[Q 1] that represents peace, patience and courage. Ponies with the gemstone as their birthday ate characterized by being generous, thoughtful and brave. Spike ordered Slippers with amethyst embedded in them.
