Tara Strong

Tara Strong, born February 12, 1973 is a Canadian–American actress who has done voice work for numerous animations and video games and performed in various live-action productions. She is the English voice actress of Twilight Sparkle. Other notable roles include Timmy Turner from Fairly Oddparents, Raven from Teen Titans and Teen Titans GO! and Bubbles from Powerpuff Girls.
