Super Smoothie, also known as Apple Bloom's Super Smoothie is a recipie for smoothies written down by Apple Bloom in the magazine activity page, Cutie Mark Crusaders' Clubhouse Treats.
Description
The smoothie is a berry-based one, with the recipe advocating the use of raspberries, blueberries and starberries. In addition, the recipe called for strawberry yogurt, porridge oats, milk and for a "grown up" to help.
