Steffie de Vaan is a Dutch game designer, writer and ENie Award Winner whose best known for her works of urban horror and has worked on prominent titles such as Bridlewood and Vampires: The Masquerade. According to a biography written by herself, though her stories are often bleak and dark, they are also about never losing hope, and that she believes the arc of humanity bends towards justice.

She has written for My Little Pony Roleplaying Game.
