Gender and sexuality
Due to Star Catcher's color scheme matching that of the transgender pride flag, many fans have began to associate her with LGBTQ+ themes. During the 2023 Pride Month, Hasbro produced artwork and merchandise of her as a stand-in for the flag. In said artwork, drawn by Sprinkefest, she was depicted as being in a romantic relationship with Sky Wishes.[1]
