Rocío Garcel (September 18, 1948) is a Mexican voice actor who has portrayed iconic characters such as Bulma Briefs from Dragon Ball, Astro Boy from Astro Boy She-Ra from Masters of the Universe, Susie Carmichael from the Rugrats and Luna from Sailor Moon.
She was among the two voice actors to portray Applejack in the Mexican dub of the Generation 1 cartoon, with the other being Patricia Acevedo.
