Pat Sustendal is an illustrator of children's books, toys, album art, etc who illustrated at least 60 books from 1981 to 1989. Many of the books they illustrated were based off popular television shows' of the 80s, such as Sesame Street and Mr. Rogers.
They may be based out of St. Louis.[1]
