This unnamed minotaur was the wife of Iron Will and the mother of his Iron Will's son. She was only referred to as "Mizzus".
She was worried that Iron Will's aggressive nature was causing him to be a bad influence on their son, so she sent him off to find his "inner pony" to become a more peaceful and kind minotaur.
