This house was the place of residence for Minuette. It appeared to be quite dirty on the inside.
History
Twilight Sparkle and Spike came to visit the house when Twilight wanted to find her old friends again, starting with Minuette. When the unicorn found her old friend at her porch, she got Spike to take a picture of her with the princess to prove to Minuette's coworkers that she was friends with the princess. Later, she took Twilight and Spike to meet with their other friends, Twinkleshine and Lemon Hearts to eat at Donut Joe's.
In other media
In My Little Pony: Magic Princess, the house is home not only to Minuette but also to Royal Ribbon. It is unknown if the two are simply roommates, relatives, or if the placement of Royal Ribbon was entirely random.
