Hiroshi Shirokuma
Hiroshi Shirokuma (August 4, 1979) is a Japanese voice actor from Yokohama, Kanagawa. Prolific as both a dub-over and original voice actor, Hiroshi has done many versatile roles, though seems to primarily perform the voices for gruff men.
Some of his more notable roles include Caesar in Fallout: New Vegas, Skips in Regular Show, Kanan Jarrus in Star Wars Rebels and Megumi Kitaniji from The World Ends With You
