Actual crossovers
My Little Pony/Transformers: Friendship in Disguise and its sequel series, My Little Pony/Transformers: Magic of Cybertron are currently the 'most' official crossovers released. Before those, there was the Hasbro-wide crossover, When Worlds Collide, as well as the canceled Transformers x My Little Pony.
So far, only two full-crossovers have come fourth. One was a canceled comic called Transformers x My Little Pony which was to be drawn by Andrew Griffith and colored by Priscilla Tramontano and the other was a short 2-page comic called "When Worlds Collide", which was a crossover between several Hasbro brands, such as My Little Pony, Transformers, Hanazuki, Monopoly, Mister Potato Head, G.I. Joe and more.

Reasons why they may not be canon
Apparently the largest reason as to why My Little Pony is not considered canon to the Hasbro universe is because of "tonal problems" (as if the IDW My Little Pony comics didn't have needlessly dark storylines).confirm

On the wiki
Only the Hasbro universe stuff that crosses over with My Little Pony in some way is allowed on the wiki, otherwise it goes on the IDW Hasbro wiki. That is to say, our coverage is effectively limited to two pieces of artwork in Synergy: A Hasbro Creators Showcase, a few comic covers and the aforementioned crossovers.
