Grand Galloping Gala tickets
These tickets were given to Twilight Sparkle, delivered by Spike directly from Princess Celestia.
Twilight was to pick one friend to take with her, but when she discovered all of her friends had perfectly reasonable reasons to want to go to the gala, she freaked out and almost decided to bring no one. However, when she wrote to Celestia about the event, Celestia gave her tickets for all of her friends.
