Glitter is a type of decorative object used primarily by fillies and girls to decorate attire or other types of friendly items with.
History
Scootaloo came to the conclusion that Cheerilee's Cheerilee's Hearts and Hooves Day card defiantly needed more glitter and poured and entire buckets worth on the card, which caused the entire clubhouse to glow.
