Equestria Daily is a newspaper syndicated in Manehattan, Equestria.
History[edit]
After the theft of the Ostlerheimer Diamond, Trixie Lulamoon was thought to be Rough Diamond, a prolific diamond thief. A article was written in the paper speculating that Trixie was in fact the thief. It's unclear if the paper ever acknowledged that the actual thief was Officer Fluffles or not.
Copies were sold by a young paperfoal.
Behind the scenes[edit]
Equestria Daily is the name of a fan site that documents MLP news as it comes out. This newspaper is most likely a reference to that. Likewise, later in the same issue the newspaper appeared in, a pony resembling the Equestria Daily mascot appears.
