This Cowpony was a regular at the Saloon of "This village". An older stallion with a rough, hostile personality confronted Applejack and Fluttershy when they asked for info about Shadow Lock, claiming that no one gets answers with beating somepony in a hoof wrestling match. He presumably spilled the beans after Fluttershy beat the Wrestly Doer in a match.
