I don't think all villains IDW Publishing should go here. Their are Equestria Girls IDW comics, with their own villains like Anon-a-Miss, Mane-Iac, and depending on your definition of a villain, people like Babs and Sunflower.
So I think splitting this with Category:Friendship is Magic comic book villains for villains who appear in the mainline FIM IDW comics is a better solution, with sub-categories for spin-offs and leaving this for Equestria Girls and other IDW villains, since I'm unsure they hve enough villains to warrant an entire category.
