Canterlot City Works

Canterlot City Works was an organization located in Canterlot that helped manage the city. Their role was unclear, but they commended the Commended Alley, however this may have been to simply make it so only the city's elite could use the Elite Equine Spa, so it's possible they may be a somewhat corrupt organization.
