Now abandoned by her friends and considered a traitor by the rest of the students, Sunset had a tearful breakdown in the middle of school and ran off to try to set things right. Upon realizing how far things went, the Movie Club revealed that they were the creators of Anon-a-Miss as a method of lashing out over all the attention Sunset was getting. ==Reception and controversy==
The "Anon-a-Miss" character is not a very well-liked one in the ''Friendship is Magic'' community. Many fans felt that she was a carbon copy of [[Gabby Gums]], only taken to a more extreme and less plausible level while others felt that her presence was simply to depressing for a series that's otherwise fun and upbeat. Several fanfictions have been written about Anon-a-Miss, with her becoming somewhat of a meme on popular fanfiction websites, such as ''Fimfiction''.
