An '''amusement park''' was a type of [[establishment]] and [[business]] where people would pay to see and do all sorts of things, such as ride on rides, eat exotic and probably overpriced food and in some cases, encourage the [[The Root of the Problem|absolute destruction of of a forest-based kingdom]].
In [[Generation 1]] stories, amusement parks were rare sites, though the evil witch [[Somnambula (My Little Pony)|Somnambula]] created an illusionary one to trap the ponies of [[Paradise Estate]]. In [[Generation 4]] stories, amusement parks became more commonplace with places like the evil [[Fun Fun Land]], presumably less evil [[Whinnyland]] and [[Equestria Land]].
