Due to his raspy voice, he played many villains such as [[Megatron]] in the ''[[Transformers]]'' franchise and Bluto in the live-action ''Popeye'' film with Robin Williams. In the Los Angeles dub version of "[[Rescue at Midnight Castle]]", he portrayed {{MLP|Tirek}}.
