The Peanuts

The Peanuts is a long-running franchise with origins as early as the 1940s though didn't become an on-going series until the early 1950s. Becoming among the most famous, iconic and long-lasting comic series of all time, The Peanuts has garnered countless parodies across countless series, with My Little Pony parodying the series quite a bit.

- In Zen and the art of Gazebo Repair, Diamond Tiara and Silver Spoon set up a psychiatric booth.
- In "Rainbow Dash and the Very Bad Day", Zecora and Tank meet up at The Wall, which is based off a running gag from several Peanuts strips and media.
- In "A Pinkie Pie Story That Pinkie Pie Kinda Sorta Remembers", Pinkie Pie draws a comic called "Ponies" which was done in Schulz's style and even credited as "After Schulz".
- In "Granny & Flimflam", Granny Smith opened up a psychiatric booth.
