Shigeru Chiba
Shigeru Chiba (前田 正治 Maeda Masaharu, February 4, 1954) is a Japanese actor who provided the Japanese voice over for Discord in My Little Pony: Tomodachi Wa Mahou. As it should be of no surprise, Chiba is famous for playing several wacky, comedic and crazy characters, such as Pilaf, Garlic Jr and Nicky (as well as Raditz and Grandpa Gohan) from Dragon Ball Z, Kefka from Final Fantasy VI, Iggy from Jojos Bizarre Adventure, Buggy from One Piece and Kazuma Kuwabara in Yu Yu Hakashu
