Kara is a Mountain Elf and one of the two known residents of the Mountain Elf Kingdom, alongside the princess Maive.
She appeared to be a kind-hearted and helpful Elf, but was very lawful and refused to break the laws of her lands to save the life of Mimic. She did, however, try to help Megan and her friends within her realms of power by escorting them to Maive, the only one who could save Mimic by giving her the Golden Horseshoe.
