Hori-Bull was a Decepticon transformer who was, by all accounts, the most vile thing Vector Prime had ever encountered, far worse than evil Tirek the Planeswalker. Hori-Bull's largest crime appeared to be his lack of any personal hygiene. His lack of any sort of hygiene was so severe that Vector Prime has went on record in saying that cleaniness is second only to Primusness.
