Beach Runner

The Beach Runner was a sea-fairing vehicle owned by Rainbow Dash. True to its owner, the vehicle was decked out with wings and lightning bolts.
Dash was attending to it when she believed a monster came out of the sea and ran away, but when she realized it was actually just Fluttershy with a Sea Urchin on her head, she ran over to give her a big hug.

The Beach Runner appeared in the Sporty Beach Set , a toy set featuring Dash and Tank as well as other accessories including her surfboard. The Runner was made to allow for a total of two mini figures riding on it at once.
