Samuel Vincent Khouth (October 5, 1971), professionally known as "Samuel "Sam" Vincent" is a Canadian voice actor whose perhaps best known as Double D on Ed Edd n Eddy and Martin Mystery from Martin Mystery. He also played Obi-Wan Kenobi in LEGO Star Wars and Pidge in Voltron Force.

Notes
- Together with Tony Sampson, he voiced two of the titular characters in Ed Edd n Eddy. The voice of the final Ed, Ed, was voiced by Matt Hill, who has yet to appear in any My Little Pony work. Kathleen Barr, Tabitha St Germain, Peter Kelamis, Janyse Jaud, Terry Klassen all also appeared on Ed Edd n Eddy. Given the shows extremely small cast of characters, that is about half the cast.
