Applejack was a worker at Sombraverse Sweet Apple Acres and one of the three known ponies to still live in Ponyville.
History[edit]
Presumably after the Equestrian-Crystal Empire war began, Applejack began converting her humble farm into a factory so she and her family could begin mass-producing apple products to feed the entire army. Though she worked hard for years, she never once thought about quitting her cause.[1] In her life in Ponyville, she knew Rarity and knew she moved to Manehattan to join the resistance.
When she met Twilight Sparkle and Spike, she was taken aback by the pony and believed her to have hit her head on cider when she started talking about time travel and them being friends, but ultimately did her part in helping her by telling her the history of her world, but had to get back to her job.
Personality[edit]
Applejack grew into a tired individual, obviously mentally and emotionally drained by the war. She was still caring however, and seemed to take pity on Spike after she saw how depressed her story made him. Like her main counterpart, Applejack was incredibly hardworking, never once wishing to quit her post.

Applejack has been busy for years, producing enough apple products to literally feed an army. Never once has she considered quitting, though. That's just not the kind of pony she is.
