Nurse Neightingale is a nurse who works at Ponyville Hospital as Nurse Redheart's superior. She seems to be the boss of the place, as she had the power to suspend and fire both Redheart and Distemper. She's an Earth Pony with a pale complexion, blue eyes and a dark red-brown mane.

Personality

Although ultimately revealed to be altruistic, Nurse Neightingale was first shown to be hostile, mean and harsh. She threatened to fire Nurse Redheart for something that was ultimately not within her control and was also shown to be quite naive, as she took the accusations by the Cutie Mark Crusaders to heart. She did care about the safety of the patients and didn't approve of Distemper helping out patience on his own, but forgave him and enrolled him in Nursing school as a sign of good-will.
