Italian is a real-life Romance language spoken throughout Europe. In the context of My Little Pony, the Italian language was, logiclally, used to name places and unique characters in Mio Mini Pony Comic, the Italian version of My Little Pony Comic. The 12 constellations were all named in Italian and Italian lone-words in English language have made their way into the series.[citation needed]
