Gladys

Gladys was the name given to Zephyr Breeze's beloved surfboard.

History

Zephyr Breeze showed the board off to his sister, Fluttershy and her friends, Applejack and Rainbow Dash during a trip to the beach. After he was dragged along into a surf session, Zephyr wiped out and his board and himself both had to be saved by the girls. Afterwards, he begged Rainbow Dash for help, she finally gave in to his pleas but only for the sake of Gladys, who she thought deserved better.

Design

Unlike the other surfboards at display, Gladys had a more humble design. Instead of an artistic depiction of something, t was instead a clean and classic, wood-based design with a small but consistent color palet.
