Dictator

A dictator was a loosely-defined position of power held by the heads of states who had absolute control over their dominions. The term was used interchangably with Tyrant.
According of Pluma the Penma, Squirk was an evil dictator.

The term "dictator" was used in "Ghost of Paradise Estate" as one of the few titles to describe Squirk the Tyrant.
Etymology
"Dictator" is a Latin word that is a compound of "dicto" ("I dictate") and -tor, a suffix dating back to Proto-Indo-European.
